Responsibilities for Sales & Marketing Executive Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive's job role Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products Be aware of the latest industry trends as a sales & marketing executive Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints Qualifications for Sales & Marketing Executive Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 2 years of experience in sales Strong oral and written communication skills Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas Excellent leadership skills Experience setting sales goals Results-oriented with strong analytical skills Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices Proficient in Microsoft Office
