Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Controller Executive at Sheraton Grand Palace Indore. The Food and Beverage Controller Executive will be responsible for overseeing cost control, menu costing, and financial analysis for all food and beverage operations. They will also manage accounting tasks and ensure that financial information is accurate and up-to-date. Regularly conducting inventory checks, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with the culinary and management teams to optimize profitability will be key responsibilities. Qualifications Strong skills in Cost Control and Menu Costing Excellent Analytical Skills Finance and Accounting experience Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
