Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi for the role of Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor by coordinating with various departments to maintain efficient workflows. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising the team, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety and compliance standards. The role also involves identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations management, with experience in scheduling and resource planning. Familiarity with quality control, compliance procedures, and safety standards in manufacturing environments. Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide the production team effectively. Proficiency in problem-solving, process optimization, and decision-making in dynamic production settings. Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred. Experience in the printing, packaging, or labeling industry is an added advantage.
