Role Overview: As a Laptop Technician (Chip Level) at Sheeltron Digital Systems Pvt. Ltd. (SDSPL), you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops at the chip level. Your role will involve identifying hardware and software issues, performing repairs, replacing faulty components, upgrading systems, and ensuring all serviced devices meet quality standards. Additionally, you will interact with team members and customers to provide technical insights and ensure excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose hardware and software issues in laptops at the chip level. - Perform repairs and replace faulty components. - Upgrade systems to enhance performance. - Ensure all serviced devices meet quality standards. - Provide technical insights to team members and customers. - Deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process. Qualifications: - Strong technical skills in chip-level diagnosis, repair, and replacement of laptop components. - Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues effectively. - Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and use testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality repairs. - Strong communication and customer service skills to provide support and explain technical issues clearly. - Ability to work in an on-site environment and collaborate with a team effectively. - Relevant certifications in electronics or computer repair are an added advantage. - Experience in laptop repair or working in IT hardware services is preferred.,
