Company: Sheela Venture/ Unlock Shopping/ Unlock Style We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with strong experience in WordPress development, hosting/server management, and website/application optimisation. This role is ideal for someone who can build, maintain, and improve websites across multiple brands operating in the UAE and India. This is a hybrid position, requiring some on-site collaboration at Andheri West with the flexibility to work remotely when tasks are clearly defined. Immediate start for the right candidate. Position Overview You will be responsible for: Building and optimising WordPress websites/application Managing hosting environments, domain configurations, DNS, email routing, and CPanel/Cloud hosting systems Ensuring sites are fast, secure, mobile-responsive, SEO-friendly, and modern Supporting landing page builds in coordination with our CRM and marketing teams This is a hands-on development role, not a project coordination role. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage WordPress websites, themes, and plugins (customisation as required) Set up and manage hosting, including CPanel, Cloudflare, AWS, or similar platforms Configure and manage domain, DNS, redirects, SSL, and email setup Ensure site speed optimisation, mobile responsiveness, and clean UI/UX Perform routine site maintenance, updates, backups, security scanning, and troubleshooting Work with the marketing and CRM teams to build campaign landing pages and integrate tracking scripts Ensure all websites follow SEO best practices and structured performance improvements Required Skills & Experience Minimum of 6+months professional WordPress development experience Ability to customise themes and plugins, not just drag-and-drop builders Strong understanding of Web Hosting, DNS, Domain & Server Management Experience with builders such as Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, or similar Ability to work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end adjustments Understanding of website optimisation, caching, compression, and security tools Portfolio of previous website work (required to be shared) Additional Desirable Experience (Not Mandatory, but a Bonus) Knowledge of GoHighLevel funnel builder layouts Experience connecting web forms to CRMs, webhooks, or API workflows Experience in eCommerce setup (WooCommerce) Ability to coordinate with graphic designers / front-end layout teams Personal Qualities Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capability Able to work independently and manage deadlines Team-friendly and willing to collaborate with marketing + tech teams Takes ownership and follows through on tasks ⸻ Work Structure Hybrid role: Part on-site in Andheri West, part remote Full-time role Immediate start after portfolio review and technical screening ⸻ How to Apply Submit your application with the following: 1.
