Job Title: Civil Design & Execution Engineer(Sr. Manager) Department: Projects / Civil Company: Electrotherm (India) Ltd. Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 8-10 years Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience: Knowledge of Civil & Structural Field with 8-10 years experience in below said field and hands-on experience in design, drafting, and site execution. Majority seek a good candidate for designing of Shed, Civil work for Plant and Heavy Machineries and Shed Fabrication work. Technical Skills / Key Skills: Execution & Site Management: Supervising civil works, foundation, reinforcement, concreting, and structural steel erection Coordinating with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards Site inspections, material approval, and progress reporting Design Engineering: Hands-on experience in design Structural analysis and design of RCC & steel structures using software like STAAD Pro Foundation design, beam-column sizing, and detailing Load calculations, foundation detailing Knowledge of relevant design codes (IS, ACI, BS, Eurocodes) Drafting & Detailing: Proficiency in AutoCAD Preparation of detailed structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, Civil Drawings and fabrication drawings Additional Requirements: Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and project lifecycle Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering Proficiency in MS Project (for project scheduling) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Areas of Responsibilities: Turnkey Projects of SMS, RM, DRI, Power Plant, etc. Shed & Structural work and Shed Fabrication for Plants with Heavy Machineries Estimation & Costing of Shed & Civil part
