Role Overview We are seeking a Data Scientist with a passion for AI-driven healthcare solutions. In this role, you will analyze complex medical data, develop predictive models, and leverage machine learning to drive better healthcare outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to analyze complex healthcare data. Work with structured and unstructured datasets (EHRs, clinical reports, medical imaging, etc.). Build predictive analytics and NLP-based solution s to enhance healthcare decision-making. Optimize deep learning, statistical modeling, and AI algorithms for better performance and scalability. Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.). Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for processing large volumes of healthcare data. Design ETL processes to extract, transform, and load structured & unstructured data from multiple sources. Work with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, CP, Azure). Optimize data architecture for real-time and batch processing. Manage data storage solutions (SQL, NoSQL, Data Lakes, Warehouses) for efficient querying and retrieval. Implement data governance, security policies, and best practices in healthcare data management. Enable data availability, reliability, and quality for downstream AI and analytics applications. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI models into healthcare applications. Stay updated with emerging AI trends in healthcare and continuously enhance AI capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or AI in a healthcare or Strong proficiency in Python/R, SQL and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch . Experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and predictive analytics . Familiarity with healthcare datasets, electronic health records (EHRs), and medical ontologies . Hands-on experience in feature engineering, model optimization, and deployment . Expertise in big data processing frameworks (Apache Spark, Hadoop). Experience with ETL pipeline development and orchestration tools (Airflow, Apache NiFi). Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, Redshift). Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS Redshift, GCP BigQuery, Azure Data Lake). Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for data workflows. Why Join Us?
