Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Keep records of all customer interactions and transactions, updating customer information in a database as necessary. Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets. Continuously improve product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a working knowledge of competitor offerings. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data security. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
