Location: Goa (Hybrid) Experience: Fresher / Early-career applicants welcome What You Will Do You will be involved in end-to-end validation of our ERP system across Web, Mobile, and Desktop apps. You will: Execute functional, UI, regression, and workflow testing Understand end-to-end business flows across Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory, HR Analyse backend logs, API responses, and UI behaviour Reproduce issues and document them with precision Work closely with developers to test and validate bug fixes Test integrations with Tally, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, mobile apps, desktop (Electron) Learn how to implement small bug fixes in React/Node/Mongo Help in release QA before deploying to 100+ live customers  Skills You Should Have (Even at a Basic Level) Technical Skills Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals Curiosity to learn React, Node.js, MongoDB Basic knowledge of REST APIs , JSON, and Postman Comfort with inspecting browser console, network logs Ability to understand API request/response cycles Familiarity with Git is a bonus QA / Testing Skills (Important) Writing clean, structured test cases Understanding of functional testing , UI testing , and regression testing Ability to think through edge cases Strong debugging mindset Ability to reproduce issues accurately Basic understanding of SDLC & bug lifecycle Exposure to tools like Postman, Jira, Notion, Excel is a plus Soft Skills High attention to detail Strong logical/reasoning ability Clear communication Willingness to learn new technologies Patience + problem-solving mindset 🌟 Why This Role Is Special You will learn full-stack engineering hands-on You will directly understand how real-world manufacturing ERPs work You will be mentored personally by the CEO/CTO You will be part of a fast-moving SaaS startup with high growth Your testing will directly impact live customers across India You get exposure to Web, Mobile, Desktop, and third-party integrations
