Sharepoint Developers

Job Summary:

The Senior SharePoint Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level SharePoint solutions to enhance collaboration, automate workflows, and improve business efficiency. This role requires deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable components for the SharePoint platform.
• Define, design, and implement complex workflows within SharePoint.
• Develop forms, web parts, and custom code to deliver SharePoint solutions from business requirements to final product.
• Map functions and features of business solutions to Microsoft SharePoint.
• Document development efforts through clear code comments, design documentation, and project records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Use Power Automate to automate workflows and streamline business processes.
• Build custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, and .NET.
• Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
• Migrate content and solutions from legacy SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ten (10)+ years of experience designing and delivering SharePoint, .NET, SQL Server, and web applications.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Power Platform tools: Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Azure services, Active Directory, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Knowledge of Microsoft stack technologies including:
  
• SQL Server (T-SQL scripting, stored procedures)
• .NET 4.x, Entity Framework 6, and Web API
• JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, along with CSS and HTML5
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Visual Studio, SQL Manager, and TFS.
• Working knowledge of software design and enterprise architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and applying DevOps practices.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and participate in code reviews.
