SharePoint Developer AI Center of Excellence (AI COE)

As a Site Development & Design Specialist, your role will involve building and configuring the AI COE SharePoint site to serve as the central hub for all AI COE functions. This includes creating structured pages, document libraries, and knowledge repositories for various functions, and designing intuitive navigation and user-friendly layouts to enhance user adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Build and configure the AI COE SharePoint site for Innovation Lab, Collaboration Hub, Program & Vendor Management, and Data functions - Create structured pages, document libraries, and knowledge repositories for each function - Design intuitive navigation and user-friendly layouts - Design and implement automated workflows to support the AI intake process, leveraging Microsoft Power Automate - Integrate SharePoint workflows with Power BI dashboards for visibility into AI intake pipelines and project progress - Configure secure, role-based access for leaders, business units, and AI COE staff - Prepare documentation, training guides, and handoff materials for ongoing operations - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Data, and AI COE teams Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in SharePoint Online development and administration - Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and workflow design - Strong knowledge of Power BI integration with SharePoint - Experience in designing SharePoint sites, document libraries, metadata structures, and permissions - Familiarity with enterprise IT governance, compliance, and data security practices - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, user-friendly solutions - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders If you are looking to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on innovation and excellence, this role might be a great fit for you.,
