Own end-to-end warehouse operations and workforce management. This is a central role that blends warehouse excellence (SOPs, safety, inventory control) with people leadership (hiring, training, rostering, compliance), and includes setting up new facilities to industry standards and restructuring current facilities to meet them. Warehouse excellence Manage daily inbound/outbound, pick-pack-dispatch, reverse logistics & returns-QC. Responsible for conducting stock audits and creating processes to eliminate pilferage. Standardise warehouse processes; ensure safety, hygiene, and equipment upkeep. Implement and upgrade SOPs for asset lifecycle: prep, accessories, kitting, cleaning, repair, readiness. New FC setup & standards Set up new warehouses as per industry standards (layout, racking, SOPs, safety, utilities, vendor onboarding). Create checklists and play books to roll out best practices across all 13 FCs. Workforce management (Blue-collar) Own hiring, onboarding, training (induction, SOP refreshers, safety drills, cross-training, up skilling), shift planning/rostering, attendance, and productivity of warehouse associates (and riders where applicable). Act as HR admin for the blue-collar workforce: documentation, leaves, basic payroll inputs, and ESIC/PF compliance coordination with HR/Finance. Drive engagement, shop-floor discipline, and grievance redressal. Ops performance & cost Track & improve TATs, on-time dispatch %, order accuracy, damage/DOA rates, repair TAT, shrinkage, and fulfilment cost/order. Lead implementation of new projects related to last-mile/rider operations, facilities, and security. Function: Operations Location: Bengaluru (HQ) Experience: 1–3 years managing warehouse ops including blue-collar teams Employment: Full-time Compensation: ₹8–10 lakhs per annum (CTC) Education: Graduate in any discipline; B.Tech. (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.) preferred.
