Advisory Services: Provide legal advice and risk assessments to clients on various legal matters, including corporate governance, business strategies, and regulatory requirements. Due Diligence: Assist in conducting legal due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Compliance & Regulatory Matters: Stay up to date on changes in laws and regulations impacting the advisory industry. Advise clients on compliance with applicable laws, including data protection, financial regulations, and industry-specific rules.
