Job Title: US Outbound Calling About the Role We're on the lookout for a motivated Tele-Sales Executive to join our team and drive outbound sales to customers in the US market. This role involves close engagement with prospective clients through phone outreach, focusing on delivering superior customer experiences and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the United States , using provided scripts to introduce products/services and generate sales. Build rapport quickly, understand customer needs, and persuasively present value propositions to drive conversions. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets . Accurately log and track all customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional departments to optimize the customer journey. Communicate customer feedback, objections, and trends effectively to suggest process/product improvements. Requirements Experience: 15 years in telesales or outbound calling, with at least 3 months of experience targeting the US market . Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication ; strong persuasion, listening, and negotiation skills. Adaptability: Comfortable with working rotational shifts (12:00 PM 9:00 PM IST). Preferred: Background in Retail & B2C Sales is a plus. Education: Both undergraduates and graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
