Job Description US Travel Sales & Customer Service Location: Noida | Delhi | Gurgaon 1. US Travel Sales Consultant Responsibilities: Handle inbound & outbound calls for US travel customers. Provide competitive airfares, holiday packages, and travel solutions. Work on ticketing, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds. Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive selling skills. Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets. Ensure accurate use of GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) for reservations. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in US Travel Sales (mandatory). Strong knowledge of international fares, airlines, and destinations. Proficiency in GDS tools. Excellent communication & convincing skills. Willing to work in US shifts (Night Shifts). Salary: Up to 80,000 per month + Incentives. 2. Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via calls/emails for US clients. Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and service-related issues. Provide accurate information regarding products & services. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns effectively. Maintain call logs, documentation, and CRM updates. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service (International Voice Process). Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written). Ability to handle pressure and work in night shifts. Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills. Salary: Up to 45,000 per month.
