Position: Regional Manager Franchise Acquisition Base Location: Chennai / Bangalore Region: Tamil Nadu & Karnataka Roles & Responsibilities 1. Franchise Acquisition & Sales - Identify, approach, and acquire potential franchise partners for Shanti Juniors Preschool in the assigned region. - Drive end-to-end franchise sales process including lead generation, prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise acquisition targets. 2. Market Expansion & Planning - Develop and implement strategic plans for preschool network expansion in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. - Conduct market research to identify potential cities, towns, and localities for new preschool openings. - Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, exhibitions, and tie-ups. 3. Relationship Management - Maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees to ensure smooth onboarding. - Liaise with internal departments (operations, marketing, training) to support franchise partners during pre-launch and launch phases. - Act as the first point of contact for franchise-related queries in the region. 4. Brand Promotion & Events - Represent the brand in franchise exhibitions, business fairs, and networking events to generate leads. - Promote Shanti Juniors unique value proposition to potential investors. 5. Sales Reporting & Analysis - Maintain updated records of sales leads, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools. - Prepare regular reports on progress, challenges, and market insights for senior management. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of hardcore sales experience, preferably in franchise development, institutional sales, or B2B solutions. - Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
