Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist located in Madurai. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with various physical ailments and conditions. Day-to-day tasks include assessing patient conditions, creating personalized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and monitoring patient progress. The role also involves educating patients and their families about treatment plans and providing advice on maintaining physical health and preventing injuries. Qualifications Expertise in diagnosing and treating neurological disorders, musculoskeletal problems, and sports injuries Skills in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans Experience in work ergonomics, elderly care, fitness, and fat loss programs Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and their families Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Relevant certification and licensure in physiotherapy Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
