The candidate for this position should managing inbound/outbound leads, nurturing client relationships, converting opportunities into orders, and keeping the CRM (Zoho) updated with accurate lead stages and communication logs. This role bridges marketing inquiries and actual order closures Responsibilities · Lead Handling Timely response and conversion of inquiries to qualified leads. · CRM Management Maintain and update Zoho CRM with real-time lead status, communication logs, and follow-up activities. · Client Communication Email, WhatsApp, and call-based coordination with prospects and existing clients · Quote Management Prepare and send quotations, proformas, and follow-ups. · Order Closure Support Ensure trial orders or bulk orders are closed with proper documentation · Cross-team Coordination Work with Marketing for lead flow, and Production for stock & dispatch info Task & Activities A. Lead Management & Qualification · Check CRM dashboard daily for new leads from marketing or ad campaigns · Qualify leads based on business type, country, volume potential · Prioritize follow-ups for high-potential leads B. CRM (Zoho) Operations · Log every call, email, WhatsApp in CRM timeline · Update lead stages: Contacted → Proposal Sent → Negotiation → Won/Lost · Schedule tasks/reminders for each follow-up C. Customer Communication · Introduce company profile and product offerings · Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products · Share photos, brochures, and customized product recommendations D. Quotation & Order Support · Coordinate with pricing team and prepare quotations/proformas · Follow up regularly and convert quotes to confirmed orders · Collect required documents from the buyer E. Post-Order Follow-Up · Support the operations team for dispatch & documentation follow-up · Maintain communication with the buyer for satisfaction and next order Qualification 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota Strong written and verbal communication skills
