For more details, please visit https://theprakritigroup.com/ Job Responsibilities Healthcare vertical (Shanta Ayurveda Hospital, Chennai) Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services and specialties. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. Build partnerships with expat groups, corporates, embassies and cultural centers for wellness programs. Build partnerships with referring physicians, clinics, and hospitals for OP & IP treatments. Organize and promote community outreach programs, health camps, and wellness events. Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising regulations and hospital policies. Coordinate with digital marketing agency for branding, SEO/SEM, social media, website management, email campaigns, brochures and advertisements. Provide monthly, quarterly & yearly marketing reports and insights. Hospitality vertical (Mangala Heritage Retreat, Fouzdar House) Plan in advance for the season to maximize the room bookings. Build and maintain relationships with guided tour operators, travel agents, and OTAs for bookings. Meet corporates, wedding planners, women’s and other social groups for group bookings. Collect information on the local temple festivals and events and promote in advance to get bookings. Drive direct bookings through targeted digital campaigns and promotional offers. Coordinate promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and hotel-sponsored activities to drive awareness and traffic. Provide monthly, quarterly & yearly marketing reports and insights. Hospitality vertical (Amdavadi Restaurant) Provide details about the restaurant during the marketing visits to all the groups, corporates, travel agents, etc. Increase the sales through corporate bookings, small meetings and functions and ODCs. Key Requirements MBA in Marketing / Hospital Management 6–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the healthcare / hospitality industry. Strong understanding of healthcare buyer personas, B2B2C marketing, and regulatory sensitivity. Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Language Proficiency: English (High fluency) and Tamil. Hindi (is an added advantage).
