Roles and Responsibilities Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with factory acts and labour laws. Handle grievances and statutory compliance, including payroll processing and employee relations. Oversee generalist activities such as recruitment, training & development, health & safety, and excellence communication in English. Ensure HR policies adhere to company standards while handling industrial relations matters. Coordinate with various departments for smooth operations within the organization. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in an HR role (Executive/Manager). Bachelor's degree in relevant field (B.B.A/ B.M.S/ B.Com/ MBA-HR). Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in MS Office applications.
