Position Overview We are looking for an experienced SS, Glass &Aluminium Railing Supervisor to oversee material, receive product from factory, site execution, installation, and quality assurance for railing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, on-site management experience, and the ability to coordinate between design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the material, production and installation of stainless steel, glass, and aluminium railings at project sites. Review and interpret technical drawings, fabrication details, and installation plans. Manage site teams, allocate manpower, and monitor daily progress to meet project timelines. Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and company guidelines. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients for smooth execution. Inspect materials and installation quality to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain accurate records of site work, material consumption, and manpower utilization. Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues proactively. Report progress updates and challenges to the Project Manager regularly. Required Skills & Qualifications Min. 12 th and above. Diploma/ITI/Graduation in Civil, Mechanical, or related field (preferred). 3–7 years of experience in site supervision of SS, glass, or aluminium railing projects. Strong knowledge of materials, fittings, and installation methods. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills. Willingness to travel to sites within Delhi NCR and occasionally outside regions. Proficient in basic reporting and MS Office tools.
