The Medical Officer (BMS Doctor) / RMO is responsible for providing round-the-clock patient care, assisting senior doctors, and ensuring effective clinical support in wards, ICU, or emergency units. This role is crucial in maintaining medical protocols, patient monitoring, and coordination with medical and nursing staff. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and record patient vitals regularly. Assist in emergency procedures and stabilization of critical patients. Maintain up-to-date patient records and case sheets. Coordinate with consultants for timely rounds and treatments. Administer medications and IV fluids as per instructions. Communicate patient status and changes to consultants and relatives. Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed. Handle medical emergencies until senior doctor arrives. Supervise nursing staff and ensure documentation is accurate.
