Role & responsibilities Create attractive designs & Layouts for various projects Meet with client in order to understand the clients objectives and desires Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address clients needs Strong communication and presentation skills Proven working experience in Residential Designs, Commercial Projects Ability to work independently and lead the project from scratch - individual contributor role. Perform basic development of architectural features including walls, partitions, roofs, slab details, and sections. Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions). Co-coordinating with the execution team from the start of the project is complete and executed at the site. Desired Candidate Profile Must have practical knowledge to execute site Candidate shall be well versed with Autocad, Sketchup and MS office. Should have good knowledge of materials and always willing to explore / experiment. Ability to work alone and independently. Ability to manage & supervise the team Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner.
