Roles and Responsibilities Assist surgeons during operations in the OT, ensuring smooth execution of surgical procedures. Provide pre-operative care to patients, including preparing them for anesthesia and positioning on the operating table. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the OT, adhering to hospital standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication during surgeries. Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to the medical team. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience as an Operation Theatre Technician/Staff Nurse/Incharge or equivalent role. Strong knowledge of surgical procedures in various specialties such as Ortho, Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Orthopedics. Ability to work effectively under pressure during emergency situations while maintaining attention to detail.
