Company Description Shakti Seeds is a food and beverages company based in Punjab, India. Our company operates out of Shop No. 159, New Grain Market, Raman. We are committed to providing high-quality seeds to enhance agricultural productivity and support our customers in achieving their farming goals. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Nawabganj. The Salesperson will be responsible for selling our products, managing customer relationships, and maintaining detailed sales records. Daily tasks include visiting clients, promoting products, negotiating and closing sales deals, and providing customer service. The role also involves market research and identifying new sales opportunities. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales and negotiation skills Customer service and relationship management skills Ability to perform market research and identify new sales opportunities Previous experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or food and beverages sector Ability to work independently and take initiative Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in agribusiness or a related field is a plus
