The role of Visual Merchandising involves managing the visual merchandising activities in SVG India to ensure consistency in the Brand presentation and drive employer branding by providing an excellent in-store merchandise presentation. This includes conducting showroom audit planning to ensure that the brand presentation creates an immersive experience. Additionally, the responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing new store setup by applying VM theory and principles as per the guidelines. It is important to plan budget and expenses according to the inputs from vendors and Senior Management. As a Visual Merchandising lead, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the Visual Merchandising team, including providing supervision, training, and development opportunities. It is essential to conduct research on new materials and technologies to reduce the cost and increase the standard of displays effectively. This position falls under the Functional Area of Marketing and is located in Valsad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have an educational qualification of BBA or a 3-year Diploma.
