Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse at Shah Hospital in Karnal. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive patient care, administering medications, assessing patient health status, and collaborating with medical professionals to deliver quality healthcare services. Additional duties encompass monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate records, and offering emotional support to patients and their families. Qualifications Comprehensive patient care and monitoring skills, with an ability to assess and evaluate health conditions effectively Proficiency in administering medications, managing medical equipment, and maintaining patient records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing emotional support and educating patients and their families Strong collaboration skills to work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals Knowledge of healthcare regulations, ethical practices, and infection control protocols Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; valid nursing registration or licensure (as required by relevant regulatory body) Previous clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting is highly desirable Compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to delivering quality care
