Key Responsibilities:Provide hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments for both men and women. Stay updated with latest trends in haircuts, coloring techniques, and hair care. Conduct consultations to understand clients’ needs, preferences, and hair type. Recommend suitable styles, treatments, and home-care products. Perform hair spa, keratin, smoothening, straightening, and other technical services. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitization of workstations and tools. Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships. Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon team members. Upsell salon services and products where appropriate. Follow salon SOPs, timing, and grooming standards. Requirements:Proven experience as a Unisex Hair Stylist or Hair Dresser. Strong skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments for both genders. Knowledge of latest hair trends, tools, and techniques. Excellent communication and client service skills.
