Installation & Support existing Clients. Trouble shoot Network isses, Configure Switches and Routers. Install other AV devices.Responsibilities: Network Installation and Configuration: Install and configure network devices, including routers, switches, and other networking hardware. Implement network infrastructure, such as cabling, Wi-Fi networks, and VPNs. Configure network settings, including IP addressing, routing protocols, and security policies. Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues, such as connectivity problems, slow performance, and security breaches. Use network monitoring tools to identify and resolve network problems. Implement solutions to restore network functionality and minimize downtime. AV Device Installation and Support: Install and configure audio-visual equipment, including projectors, speakers, and video conferencing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues. Provide technical support to users of AV equipment. Client Support: Provide technical support to clients, including remote assistance and on-site visits. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
