Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhandara for an Assistant at Shabana Bakery. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, including inventory management, order processing, maintaining cleanliness, helping in the preparation of bakery items, and assisting customers with their needs. This role also involves collaborating with the baking staff to ensure smooth workflow and optimal productivity. Qualifications Basic knowledge in baking and pastry preparation Experience in customer service and handling inquiries Skills in inventory management and order processing Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a bakery setting is a plus High school diploma or equivalent education required
