Job Description

Job Purpose To ensure better relationship with nearby villages through various RD activities with their participation. To mobilize funds from various sources like Panchayat, Block, and District and to spend expenses as per requirement from our budget as per the corporate guidelines. Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Education & Capacity Building: Coaching for admission in Navodya Vidalya should be in such a way that at least 2-3 students are selected every year scholarship & sitting mats distributions students to reduce the drop out level. Construction of additional rooms and fencing with the participation of Panchyat and Govt. inter School sports tournaments to organize in coordination with Panchyat, BEO & DEO a) To Monitor their performance through regular test b) Tio support & encourage the students c) Frequent visit to schools d) Interaction with teachers and school e) To visit and check how many schools require rooms and fencing f) To interact with schools, BEO & DEO at least once in a month KRA2 Health and Family Welfare on Mega family planning camp covering 400-500 cases: One Mega cataract camp to organize. To organize various other health camps construction of toilets through Govt. scheme a) To plan, schedule and liaison with concerned Govt officials, CMO & Doctors b) To ensure support from all the internal departments c) To plan the visit of doctors and camps through Health department of UP Govt and other NGO s d) To liaison with local panchayat and PHE KRA3 Economic Self Reliance Agriculture & watershed development: To sort out the drinking water crisis of the nearby villages through installation of hand-pumps bores and cleaning of bores. To introduce Govt. schemes for drinking water in villages to reduce their dependency on us. To train at least 100 ladies & youth in various fields so that they become self-sustainable and their income level raises. To eliminate all cattle diseases through 100 % vaccination, operation and treatment. Training of Agriculture and multi cropping to farmers of various villages through Agricultural and horticulture department of UP Govt a) To liaison with PHE for new bores, hand pumps and repairing work b) To plan & liaison with PHE c) To organize training programs in coordination with Govt. bodies & community d) To plan & liaison with veterinary deptt e) To involve villagers f) To plan and liaison with Agriculture department at block and District level KRA4 Social Welfare Activities: To ensure our participation and support in all the religious and cultural activities and encourage them to protect their cultural heritage . To ensure that all the needy and eligible old persons are getting pension as per the Govt. scheme a) To interact and make list of programs of all the villages b) To interact with Mahila-Mandal of the villages c) To liaison with Panchayat KRA5 Social Welfare Activities: To ensure our participation and support in all the religious and cultural activities and encourage them to protect their cultural heritage . To ensure that all the needy and eligible old persons are getting pension as per the Govt. scheme a) To interact and make list of programs of all the villages b) To interact with Mahila-Mandal of the villages c) To liaison with Panchayat Qualifications: Diploma Minimum Experience Level: 10-15 Years Report to: Manager
