Key Duties and Responsibilities Guest Services Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure. Handle check-in and check-out procedures. Provide information about hotel services. Reservations & Administration Schedule and confirm guest reservations. Maintain accurate guest records and update databases. Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage billing inquiries. Communication Answer phone calls and respond to whatsapp messages promptly. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs. Handle complaints or issues professionally, escalating when necessary. Skills and Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in hotel management software and office tools. Professional appearance and demeanor. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Experience Requirements Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is often preferred. Knowledge of multiple languages can be an advantage in international hotels. Training in hospitality management or related fields may be required depending on the employer.
