Job Title: Sales Executive – Aqua Industry Location: Indore & Bhopal Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years Industry Preference: Education, Builders/Real Estate, Fire Equipment, Pest Control, or Multi-Industry Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably from diverse industries such as education, construction/builders, fire safety equipment, or pest control. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our Aqua solutions, including RO, water purifier, water treatment systems, water cooler, water softener and other related products/services, to institutional and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach prospective clients across multiple sectors (schools, real estate developers, commercial buildings, etc.). Promote Aqua industry products such as water treatment systems, purification units, and related services. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions. Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate to close deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of sales activity, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, etc.); MBA/PGDM is a plus. 2–4 years of sales experience from industries like: Education institutions/products Real estate or construction firms Fire safety and equipment Pest control services General B2B or institutional sales Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to adapt and learn technical product features. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-sales role. Willingness to travel locally/regionally.
