Description
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using Selenium WebDriver. Perform manual and automated functional, regression, and integration testing. Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Validate SFDC configurations, workflows, and customizations. Log, track, and manage defects and work closely with development teams to resolve them. Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce processes including leads, opportunities, accounts, and custom objects. Create and maintain test documentation: test plans, test cases, and test data. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Ensure test environments are stable and data is accurate for test execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 12 years in Salesforce testing. Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit). Proficiency in writing test scripts in Java (or Python) for Selenium automation. Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects. Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr). Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
