SFDC Production Support Engineer

As an SFDC Production Support Engineer, your role will involve providing production support for SFDC application by applying best practices of Software Development Lifecycle with an agile framework. You will be responsible for issue triage, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and data analysis to provide resolutions for client calls. Your key responsibilities will include: - Programming Languages: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Apex, Java, Python, and SQL - SFDC development and triaging of issues for apex classes - SFDC certifications are good to have - Production Support: Troubleshooting, Issue triage & RCA, Data Analysis, SQL, Excel - Other Tech Skills: Git, Version control, CI/CD Qualifications required for this role include having at least 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
