About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to design, develop, and deploy innovative healthcare solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-friendly applications that enhance patient care and provider collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and implement customized solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud that meet healthcare industry standards and client requirements.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, Lightning components, and integrate with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and automate processes using Process Builder and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external applications and services via REST and SOAP APIs, leveraging middleware where necessary.
• Ensure all solutions comply with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and data security protocols.
• Manage healthcare-specific functionalities like care plans, patient timelines, and communication workflows between providers and patients.
• Partner with Salesforce Admins and Architects to maintain solution consistency, governance, and best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, conduct thorough testing, and support end-to-end deployment cycles including UAT and production launches.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, with proven expertise in Health Cloud implementations.
• Strong command over Salesforce CRM suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex programming, Visualforce, SOQL queries, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and declarative tools like Salesforce Flows.
• In-depth knowledge of Health Cloud capabilities such as Care Plans, Health Timelines, Utilization Management, and Provider/Patient data models.
• Understanding of healthcare data standards like FHIR and HL7 is advantageous.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA and HITRUST frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum teams, with a collaborative and flexible approach.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
