SFDC Data cloud Developer

NTT DATA is looking for a talented and passionate individual to join as a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer data platforms within Salesforce ecosystems. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and orchestration of data, aligning data models with business requirements to provide actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure Salesforce Data Cloud to effectively unify and segment customer data. - Design and manage data models that seamlessly integrate with Salesforce platforms, ensuring high-quality data ingestion and transformation. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Build and manage data pipelines to aggregate and cleanse data from multiple sources. - Develop rules for data normalization, identity resolution, and deduplication. - Maintain data compliance, security, and privacy standards. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to leverage Data Cloud capabilities for improved customer engagement and personalization. - Troubleshoot and optimize Data Cloud performance to ensure timely issue resolution. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly known as Customer Data Platform). - Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration within Salesforce ecosystems. - Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and related modules. - Experience with API integrations and data connectors. - Familiarity with identity resolution and customer segmentation techniques. - Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements. - Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Specialist or related certifications. - Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools. - Familiarity with AI/ML models for predictive analytics in customer data. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
