The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets and capable of keeping data well-organized, accurate, and consistently updated. Responsibilities: Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly data in Google Sheets. Create, format, and manage Excel spreadsheets for internal records. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across sheets. Generate simple reports and summaries when required. Collaborate with other departments to collect and input relevant data. Perform routine checks to ensure sheet data is up to date. Requirements: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Good typing speed and attention to detail. Ability to organize and manage large sets of data. Basic understanding of formulas, filters, and formatting tools. Willingness to learn and improve spreadsheet management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a similar role is a plus. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Drive, etc.).
