Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Secunderābād for an Executive / Assistant Manager - Technical Support in Drives and Automation. The individual will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for drives and automation products, conducting site visits, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They will also be involved in the commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of drives and automation systems, and providing training to customers and internal teams. Qualifications Candidate with 4 to 6 years of exp in Application development/outdoor repair / Service / commissioning / installation of Industrial Automation product (VFD, PLC, Servo Motors etc.,) in customer site. BE – Electrical & Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation /Mechatronics Should have Good communication, technical Skills & repair/Service skills Candidate should have knowledge of basic electronic components like resistor, capacitor, inductor, semiconductor etc. Should be well versed with VFD functioning. Should be familiar with induction motor and servo motor basics. Should be well versed with PLC programming, fieldbus knowledge. Knowledge of electrical & electronic circuit analysis and troubleshooting will be added advantage. Also knowledge with basic circuits like rectifier, RC filters, timers, comparators, amplifiers has added advantage.
