Role & responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for express cargo services. Forecast sales performance and set quarterly/annual targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new business through networking, cold calling, and client visits. Maintain and expand relationships with existing key accounts. Conduct client presentations and prepare customized proposals based on client needs. Operational Coordination: Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and delivery. Ensure proper documentation, pricing, and compliance with logistics regulations. Preferred candidate profile 4 - 8 years of business development experience. Good communication skills. Proactively hunts new business from industry leads and market research. Must be collaborative, an innovative thinker, decisive, a strong results orientation and strategic in thinking and approach. Ability to foster a cooperative environment. Good working knowledge of common warehouse, trucking and freight management practices. Proven experience in Sales and Relationship Management with a can do it and with a knack for Selling, Nurturing and problem solving. Proven track record of building business and not shying away from targets. Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs Should possess strong planning and analytical skills.

Role & responsibilities Identifying prospective Customers, Business Opportunities, Assessing Customer needs in terms of promoting our Services. Will be responsible for generating new business and developing freight forwarding and Customs Clearing Services (Air & Sea Imports & Exports) Providing rates to assigned clients as per their requirement for different sectors and different Ports. Conduct market research, cold calls to identify a new customer. Identify, analyses, pursue and report on sales opportunities with existing and prospective clients. Expand market awareness of our service and our industry experience by communicating features and benefits of our services effectively. Should be conversant with all documentation, operational formalities and procedures related to Freight forwarding and customs clearance services. Provide Post-Sales support to all Existing and New Clients. Preferred candidate profile Good written and communication skills. Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Shipping Lines and Freight Forwarding Awareness of the latest Industry Trends which are influencing the areas of Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Operational activities. Be personally driven, committed and focused. Good knowledge of the local territory. Experience in Client Management and client relationship. Educational Requirement: Should have a Bachelors degree. Candidate must possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands on experience in sales and marketing of Freight forwarding and Customs Clearance services (C & F Import & Export). Excellent sales and negotiation skills to meeting Sales Goals. Ability to work Independent and under pressure.
