Dear All, We are currently looking for a suitable profile for the position of Assistant Manager/Manager - Operations for our Lucknow location.(for our franchise schools) Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all activities related to branding, visibility, and direct admissions, including the training of counselors. Support the hiring process for admissions and marketing staff at the school level. Assist schools in organizing and executing local-level events throughout the year. Provide counselling support to facilitate new admissions at the school level. Preferred candidate profile The candidate should be currently based in or around Lucknow, or be willing to relocate. Male candidates are preferred due to the extensive travel requirements associated with the role. Graduate, Presentable, have fluent English speaking skills
