Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze ServiceNow requirements and design documents to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Execute manual and automated tests on ServiceNow applications including Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and other modules.
Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers and business users to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Perform regression testing and validate bug fixes to ensure quality delivery.
Test integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Validate ServiceNow Flow Designer workflows to ensure correct automation of business processes and accurate execution of flows.
Test custom-built ServiceNow applications to verify they meet functional requirements and perform reliably in production environments.
Maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test results.
Assist in automation of test scripts using tools compatible with ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills:

OMT knowledge
Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
