ServiceNow Portal Developer

Role Overview: As a ServiceNow Portal Developer at our company, your main focus will be on designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow Service Portals. You will be responsible for implementing responsive UI components using AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Your role will also involve building and maintaining widgets, UI pages, macros, and client scripts while integrating portals with third-party apps via REST/SOAP APIs. Additionally, you will play a key role in optimizing portal performance, accessibility, and usability, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring best practices on security and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Service Portals. - Implement responsive UI components using AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. - Build & maintain widgets, UI pages, macros, and client scripts. - Integrate portals with third-party apps via REST/SOAP APIs. - Optimize portal performance, accessibility, and usability. - Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure best practices on security & compliance. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years in ServiceNow Portal Development. - Expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal & AngularJS. - Experience with UI Builder, Client Scripts, UI Policies & Macros. - Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs & external integrations. - Familiarity with CMS, Workflow & Service Catalog. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow security & access controls.
