1️⃣ ServiceNow Developer (Multiple Positions – Bangalore)

Primary Skills (Must Have):

• ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog
• Service Portal, Integration Hub
• HRSD / CSM / UI Builder (role-specific)
• SAM, HAM, Discovery, CSDM, MID Server (role-specific)

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

• Virtual Agent
• Predictive Intelligence
• App Engine, Now Assist
• Workflow Designer (WDF)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure applications, modules, catalog items, flows.
• Implement integrations using Integration Hub and APIs.
• Work on HRSD, CSM, ITSM, ITOM, or SAM/HAM based on the role.
• Support implementations, migrations, CMDB alignment, and platform upgrades.

2️⃣ ServiceNow Integration Specialist – Bangalore

Primary Skills:

• Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, API-based integrations
• MID Server, Scripted REST APIs

Secondary Skills:

• Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, App Engine

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations across systems.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and optimize workflows.

• SAM, HAM, Discovery, CMDB, CSDM
• MID Server, Integration Hub

Responsibilities:

• Lead development activities and ensure solution quality.
• Drive CMDB accuracy, CSDM alignment, and automation.
• Build dashboards and reporting using Performance Analytics.

4️⃣ ServiceNow SPM Developer / Lead – Bangalore / PAN India

Primary Skills:

• SPM (PPM, APM, Demand, Resource Management)

Responsibilities:

• Implement full SPM lifecycle modules.
• Work with stakeholders for portfolio planning and roadmap execution.

Skills Required:
