You are invited to join our team at Themesoft as a ServiceNow CSM & Order Management Specialist. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to implement and configure ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and Order Management applications. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving business outcomes and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years of practical experience working with ServiceNow CSM and Order Management modules. - Profound knowledge of customer service processes and order lifecycle management. - Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration and customization, including scripting using JavaScript and Glide API. - Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrating external systems. - Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations. - Possession of the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory. - Preferred certifications in ServiceNow CSM and/or Order Management. - Excellent communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
