Job Purpose / Summary

We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow professional

to work on implementation initiatives within a large enterprise. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in configuring

ServiceNow ITSM and non-ITSM modules

, integrating with third-party tools, and developing solutions in alignment with business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review work done by team members to ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop solutions in ServiceNow, including preparing estimates, capability presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and translate them into successful ServiceNow implementations.
• Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request) and non-ITSM modules (HRSD, ITOM, CSM, ITAM).
• Implement 3rd party integrations as per business needs.
• Develop and maintain JavaScript, XML, XSL stylesheets, and web services for ServiceNow.
• Participate in solution design discussions and ensure high-quality delivery within timelines.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  

Qualifications / Skills

• Broad IT experience of 7+ years, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules and 3rd party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, XML, XSL stylesheets, and web services.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Effective time management, team handling, and organizational skills.
