Job Description

As a ServiceNow Developer at Capgemini, you will be involved in a mix of project work, enhancement work, and ongoing application support. Your responsibilities will include: - Requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support activities in support of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). - Developing solutions specifically within the ServiceNow HR Service Management (HRSM) scoped application, focusing on areas such as Knowledge Base (KB), Case Management, custom form, custom workflow, and integration development. - Overseeing application and workflow configuration, supporting the iterative configuration of the HRSD application. Your primary skills should include: - ServiceNow Development with HRSD Module - ServiceNow Integration (Rest API/SOAP) - ServiceNow Scripting (Javascript/Clientscript/Serverscript) - ServiceNow Certification: CIS HR, HRSD Professional, CSA, CAD Additionally, secondary skills in Core Java and HTML5 would be beneficial for this role.
