You are an experienced ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and ESG Lead Consultant looking to join a dynamic team in Pune. Your expertise lies in designing and implementing IRM, GRC, and ESG modules on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will lead engagements with global clients to deliver robust risk management, compliance solutions, and ESG reporting capabilities. Your strong technical, functional, and leadership skills will be crucial in guiding both the team and clients through successful project deliveries. Your responsibilities will include leading the design, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and ESG solutions to meet client requirements. You will provide expert advisory on best practices for risk management, governance, compliance, and ESG reporting using the ServiceNow platform. Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing technical documentation and training, and staying up-to-date with industry trends are all part of your role. You will also drive ESG initiatives for clients and mentor junior consultants, fostering continuous learning and improvement within the team. To excel in this role, you should possess strong hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and ESG modules, in-depth knowledge of risk management principles, and proven experience working with global clients. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with ServiceNow certifications such as IRM/GRC Implementation Specialist. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or related field is required, and a Master's degree is a plus. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail will be key to your success in this position.,
