Job Description

Greetings from SwaaS Location : Chennai JD: Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, particularly in CSM and ITSM modules. Develop and enhance workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. Implement ServiceNow solutions based on best practices to support business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions. Work on ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems via REST, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods. Perform upgrades and patch management while ensuring minimal business disruption. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and performance. Maintain proper documentation for development activities, solutions, and system changes. Ensure compliance with IT security and governance standards.
