The Service Virtualization Architect is a highly skilled technical expert and project lead with 8-17 years of experience, possessing significant hands-on experience in architecting, designing, developing, and deploying technology solutions. As an experienced subject matter expert in computing, storage, recoverability, and infrastructure virtualization, you focus on delivering value-added integration and consultative services within the realm of Enterprise solutions. Your responsibilities include designing, deploying, and integrating various hardware and software product sets to meet client objectives. You are required to have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in CA Lisa or other Service Virtualization Tools. Your role involves providing expert technical architectural support and guidance for solution opportunities related to virtualization, cloud infrastructure, virtual end-user computing, storage, security, backup, management, and integration with select third-party products. It is essential to maintain a deep understanding of technical solution areas, develop new technology integrations, and enhance solution capabilities. Your duties also involve participating in the pre-sales process to comprehend client's business and technical objectives, as well as product requirements. You will be responsible for developing and releasing sales, technical, and service delivery collateral including deployment guides, best practices, sizing whitepapers, and solution reference architectures. Collaboration with various teams such as engineering, marketing, consulting services, and sales is crucial in designing, validating, and building collateral to support sales efforts effectively. In addition, you will create technology solutions and engage in services engineering activities like proof-of-concepts, pilots, use case development, and solution validation. Working closely with the delivery team, you will map designs into a product/services roadmap to assist clients in achieving their objectives. Your role also involves ensuring that proposals are technically sound, competitive, and reflect market leadership in applying technology to address business challenges. As a Service Virtualization Architect, you will support sales efforts by collaborating with delivery management and practice management teams. You will contribute to frameworks, develop reusable solutions, and provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders on employing these solutions effectively. Taking ownership of initiatives and programs to facilitate solution delivery will be a key aspect of your role. With proficiency in using the CA LISA/Service Virtualization tool, you will develop, modify, and execute scripts, configure virtualized scripts in test environments, and design frameworks for service virtualization. It is essential to ensure seamless integration of the service virtualization tool with test management and automation tools. Furthermore, serving as a mentor to the team on the service virtualization tool and related practices is vital to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization.,
